These steps work for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe Acrobat 2020, and Adobe Acrobat 2017. If you want to open the pdf at any time, just double click on the page you inserted.Ī word of warning though, this only works for the first page of the pdf document, it will not insert more than the first page. To insert a Word document into a PDF, you will need to make use of the Tools tab on Adobe Acrobat. As soon as you close the pdf file, the lines will disappear. This is because the pdf document is open as well. The PDF is inserted into the Word document. You’ll notice that it’s covered in diagonal lines… Click the Insert button to close the Browse window and click the OK button to close the Object window. Go to where the pdf is located, and click Open, this will then insert the pdf page into your Word document.
